Which version of Python should I learn,2 or 3?

From where I can get information or full list of external Python libraries, like that of Youtube etc?

I suggest you learn v3 for sure... and use google for libraries, it's your best friend.

Go for Python3, python2 is less secure than 3. Moreover, you must always opt for latest technology when starting with something, but you must understand the concepts carefully.

Since there are many libraries in Python, it depends completely on your needs, which library you wan to use. And since different libraries are documented different ways, It completely depends on the library you want to use the best resource.
